Project idea
The concept behind "Vector into the Future!" is to help children and teenagers in challenging life situations living in small towns uncover their creative potential, boost their self-confidence, and impart positive communication skills through a series of weekly creative workshops.
The project will feature master classes in the following disciplines:
Pop-jazz singing;
- Acting and stage diction;
- Visual arts;
- Dancing.
Forty-five children and teenagers will participate in the project.
Highly qualified expert teachers will work with them. They will provide practical skills training and deliver lectures on art. This approach, coupled with a trusting rapport between children and teachers, will enable the children to fully engage with the creative environment, recognize their talents, and strive to express them.
The outcome of the training will culminate in a New Year's concert and art exhibition, featuring performances by all project participants who will sing on a grand stage, showcase their theatrical acts, and display their artwork in the exhibition space.
All project participants will receive a comprehensive manual designed to enhance, enrich, and facilitate the absorption of knowledge, as well as certificates verifying their completion of all master classes, which total 64 hours.
Relevance
In small towns across Russia, children and teenagers facing challenging life circumstances, including those with a history of orphanhood, often struggle with successful socialization and adaptation. Children often struggle to integrate into a new family and society, frequently feeling neglected and unwelcome. They frequently struggle to form friendships. Consequently, numerous teenagers in challenging life situations roam the streets aimlessly, and this idleness, in turn, leads to delinquency, alcohol consumption, smoking, and other forms of antisocial behavior. The self-esteem of these children is low because they are unaware of their potential.
Creativity and the arts serve as excellent guides in freeing children, positioning them to discover their talents, and aiding them in realizing their creative potential. For children, it represents a vital escape from feelings of neglect and provides an opportunity for continued growth in their chosen pursuits.
The project offers significant social advantages, including fostering a more tolerant societal attitude towards children and teenagers facing challenging circumstances, and enhancing the prospects for their successful socialization within their peer groups.
Social effect
Successful socialization of children and teenagers in challenging life situations by fostering awareness of their creative potential in the city of Ufa and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Project Results
All concepts envisioned within the scope of the project were brought to fruition. Forty-five children and teenagers from families facing challenging life situations and residing in foster care participated in engaging creative activities. They attended master classes in various disciplines, including pop-jazz singing, acting and stage diction, visual arts, and dance. Under the auspices of the project, five theatrical performances, three dance routines, and five pop-jazz pieces were arranged for the New Year's concert. Every participant in the project prepared three paintings, resulting in a total of 135 paintings created by all project members. All project participants acquired knowledge and uncovered their creative potential, which assisted them in identifying their future professions within the realms of culture and art.
