Mentors help children reach their potential, feel confident in their abilities, and adapt in society. Communication is supervised by the psychologists of the program, who are ready to help both the child and the mentor at any time.
At the moment, within the framework of the project, employees are being trained to implement and scale the program in 7 regions of Russia. Also, thanks to CSS support, new program offices will be opened in Kaliningrad and Sverdlovsk regions.
