Just recently, with CSS support, ANO "Project PARUS" has implemented the project "Family Trust is the key to insight".
The project included training seminars for 50 specialists from social and psychological support services for birth families in crisis as part of improving the work efficiency, prevention of teenage suicide, intrafamily violence, as well as the work with low parental competence families.
As a result of the specialists' training, methodological manuals were developed:
- Practices and methods of social support for families in difficult life situations.
- Psychologist's work with children and teens who experienced violence.
The manuals will be used by trained specialists and distributed to other institutions and organizations that provide social support to families in difficult life situations.
Due to the project activities the skills of specialists in psychological and social support of crisis families in the Kaliningrad region have increased, as well as new connections and partnerships in the professional community have emerged.
