Last week CSS team took part in a business breakfast on the occasion of Philgood project launch at the MMOMA Education Center.
Today, not all charitable organizations can afford a full-time program or strategic director, PR department, so the emergence of Philgood is a great opportunity to transfer non-core areas to professionals who will take on the consulting unit, build strategies and practices, as well as digital support.
By 2020, charity in Russia managed to go through several stages:
Childhood (when it seemed that charities do not owe anything to anyone, but everyone is obliged to love and accept them as they are a priori)
Youth (first tests on the teeth of someone else’s experience, appeal to business and first attempts to formulate KPI)
Now the third and most conscious stage has begun - the search for our own identity, the understanding that charity is not a story about business (although some principles of work are still applicable), but about warmth, feelings, sometimes about victims.
According to co-founder of the company Ruben Vardanyan, Philgood should become for its customers not just an outsourcing agency, but a partner that will deeply feel and understand both the market situation and the needs of the players.
