Someone has already managed to get tired of life online, and someone is just beginning to learn all the delights of communication and activities through Zoom and Skype.

So, thanks to the prompt and timely help of the CSS charity foundation, the inclusive family and childhood center “UMKA” (Chkalovsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russia), since this week has transferred all developmental and educational activities to the online mode. Yoga, school preparation, Lego construction, speech therapy and psychological counseling are now available for children right at their home.

“At this difficult time, it is very important to get support from partners to solve problems related to the forced isolation of our beneficiaries - families with children. Thanks a lot to CSS foundation for prompt assistance, together we can do more” - said Anna Belousova, director of the center.

The activities of the inclusive family and childhood center “UMKA” are aimed at integrating into society, training, raising the level of education, culture of the most socially vulnerable groups of children, adults and members of their families. The center also helps children with disabilities and adults with disabilities, engaged in rehabilitation and integration into society.

We hope that thanks to our cooperation and help, children involved in the Umka center and their parents will be able to stay in touch with the teachers and psychologists of the center for as long as necessary in the new realities.
