This time CSS will support internal processes in organizations implementing projects in the field of inclusive education, career guidance and social sports for vulnerable children and youth aged 7-18.
The aim of the competition "Stronger with CSS. Budget in Focus" is to teach NPOs to make effective decisions based on the analysis of financial and operational activities.
The competition partner is LemonPie - the only management accounting service fully tailored to the needs of nonprofit organizations.
10 winners of the competition will receive access to an advanced plan for six months. LemonPie experts will consult with participants on a regular basis, including one-on-one consultations, teach their colleagues the ins and outs of the service, and customize the service to your nonprofit’s specific needs.
After six months of deep immersion, you will have your databases in order, be able to easily analyze budgets, segment donor receipts, see the fundraising picture for specific beneficiaries, learn how to delegate tasks to hard-working robots, and generate reports in minutes!
