This competition has been opening opportunities for students and young professionals with disabilities for many years, helping them to take a step towards employment and career development. Participants demonstrate to employers not only their professional skills, but also their great motivation and readiness for development. As part of the finals, participants present self-presentations and undergo business games, allowing companies to see them in action immediately.
The CSS Foundation has previously supported the project “Business to young job seekers with disabilities”, which developed a system of mentoring and preparation for employment of people with disabilities. The funding ended in 2024, but we are pleased that the project and its important part, the “Path to Career" competition, is thriving and gaining new partners.
Despite the end of the grant funding, we remain friends of the project and took part in the competition finals as jury members.
This is not only an opportunity for us to continue supporting young professionals, but also to be part of a community that makes the labor market more inclusive and fair.
